If we say sprint, we mean sprint! If we say unbroken, we expect you to choose a realistic unbroken number! Train with purpose & intent.
Our Elite level is programmed as 1 x 3 hour session (option to divide into 2 sessions), 5 days per week (+ active recovery session).
Why? A number of our regionals level athletes work full time and can only commit to one session per day.
Our Open & Competitive Masters is programmed as 1 x 90-120 min session, 5 days per week (+ optional active recovery session).
Our Elite program is catered towards high level athletes who are aiming (but not limited to) compete at regionals, either in a team or individually.
Our Open program is for athletes & competitive masters who are looking to better their overall strength, gymnastics & conditioning. The Open program is also ideal for athletes who can only get one x 90 min session in a day. With a high emphasis on extras, base building & gymnastics, our Open program caters for a number of levels. We also include suggested scaling options and the majority of our weightlifting is % based.
ALTR Project is a tool to help box owners & coaches program, however some knowledge of programming is needed to use it.
Our Elite program is a pre-made program which has been purely made for competitive athletes. You do not get access to ALTR Project with our Elite program.
